The "e" on the back after 325 stands for Economy. The 325e had less power then the 325i. You do realise that turbo'ing that car is going to cost double what that car is worth right? A Good turbo kit can run $5,000. The stock engine can handle the pressure of a turbo, however you would have to strip the engine down and replace the headgasket and stud bolts. Failing to do so will result in you probably blowing the head off the engine.
