Ac Fan

if i take out the mech fan, and hard wire a manual switch to the ac elec fan, will the bee enough to keep the motor cool. i already have the ac gone but am planning on remounted the elec fan, hopfully in replace of the mech fan. will it work or do i need a higher power fan

i would guess you need a higher power fan, you could get one from princes auto for like 50$ canadian probably, but you can always give it a try, drive it arround localy and see if the temp gets above normal park it and get a big elec one and if it sits at the normal operating temp then leave it.
