'90 325i Radio/heater Control Popping Out

Hi, I'm new to the forum so I did a bit of searching but didn't find anything that was close to what my problem is.


I have a 1990 325i that I got about a year ago. Until recently I didn't notice, but the radio as well as the trim around the heater controls is popping out. I tried to push them back in but it doesn't seem to want to set in place.

On a similar note the rear defrost button was cracked and eventually popped out when I pushed it once. Ebay has some for pretty cheap, so I'm thinking of picking on up.


What's the least difficult way to fix the above problems?
