I just installed a CD player on my car, and when I turn my lights on, and turn my right turn signal on, the speed of the blinking is ultra fast, is this just someting wrong with a fuse? or what? its really annoying. And, when I turn the nob that brightens my interior accessory lights, the clock doesnt brighten, any reasons?

KC Ron Carter is an unknown quantity at this point
Pure chance, no connection.

If one of the bulbs in the turn signal fails to use power, not ground or burnt bulb, the relay flasher operates at twice the speed.

You have one bulb not working.

On the clock or OBC, the issue should be the link to the dimmer is removed, disconnected and the light go to full bright.
See at the bottom pin #9 wire is Brown with white stripe.
