'87 325ic convertable electronics

Hi guys. Having an issue with an 87 325ic. I beleve it is electronics but don't know how deep the problem goes. When unlocking the car withthe key the doorlock will unlock than relock quickly. Once you win the game with the key and get into the car the locks will on occasion do the same thing wile driving (will lock and unlock really fast). Also the sterio has a static sound when turned up or down, I beleve this is typical dirty connections inside the volume control knob (anyone know if the stock sterio can be disasembles or even taken out of the dash and reinstalled. I know it has the anti theft thing so not sure about taking it out of the dash).

open driver side door, undo connector betwwen door and vehicle, 99% sure your problem is rusted pins in that location, very common due to rubber cover not sealin properly

Thank you I will check this weekend and see what I find.

I figured it was cerrosion or somthing, especially with it being a convertable.

Mine does that same thing every now and then, except only when i try to unlock from the passenger side, and never while driving.
Dont take out the stereo, I did and now my spedometer wont work
