New 325E guy Neutral Member Join Date: Jun 2004 Car: Posts: 1 Photos: 0	Hi all, I just purchased a fixer-upper .A 1986 325e manual trans.2.7L SOHC 4 door sedan and I have a few questions if someone has any help it would be great. Do these models have a standard ECU system or is it a coventional ignition control system,Points or electronic type or what? How do I obtain any fault codes? How to decipher the VIN number ?Are there any performance parts availible for these older models?Best place to find manuals and diagnostic tools?Radio codes? Thanks for any help you can offer .
