85 318i running rough after many new parts

ok' car has been sitting for a while, 3 yrs maybe? ive replaced several things, injectors, plugs and wires, fuel filter, all new fuel lines and it runs better than it did when i first tryed to get it running but it still spits and sputters, maybe cap and rotor? or could it be the air cleaner plugged, didnt check the intake, thanks guys. chris

found a bentley repair manuel online and it says if the valve cover is leaking oil it could be a vacuum leak also? these engines that tight?

yes, even a leaky oil cap is bad news. Try it. Run the engine and remove the oil cap.
