85 318i how do you remove the back seat ?

just got it and i need to really get it cleaned up, whats the easiest way to remove the rear seat ? thanks very much.

Bottom of the seat has 2 clips holding the front edge down. Just pull up and it will come out. After that the back part of the seat is held in place with 2 bolts

that was easy, bottom pulled right out, 2 bolts weren't that tight. socket kept slipping-that was the only hassle, took about 15 minutes.
