my question is will the e30 m3 body kit fit the 84 325 e...and actually look like a m3?

No, and it would be silly to have a look alike M3 with a M20B27 in it. Save your money and buy an M3. Oh, and the M3 doesn't have a body kit.

Ok so put it in, just don't try to make the car look like an M3. It's going to turn out costly and ugly.
