84 318 dash and windshield swap

I scored Big time at the wrecker today and found a 1989 325i with a Extremely clean interior everything was perfect. I removed the perfect and complete Dash pad and cost me $22.00 "Whoot" My original pad is in terrible condition!

Should i replace my Windshield at the same time that i replace my dash?
it looks like the dash must be removed before doing the windshield.

I would hold on to that wreck like grim death. Seriously, take everything you can that is not trashed already and put it in a bag. You'll find a use for it down the road..

and besides that, I guess I should ask...is your windshield cracked right now? Cause, otherwise, I would say that no, you don't have to replace an uncracked windshield.

The windshield can be changed without removing the dash. Congratz on the find!

O yes my windshield id cracked ..... in a few places!

but you can most certainly replace a windshield without removing the dashboard, no question there.....
