Today I just got an 82 320i, and I have a few questions about it. Mine has the 4 round headlights, and the trade mark BMW grill is busted off *but i have it in the trunk* My question is, can I goto a junkyard and upgrade to the front end with 4 square lights? Like the one I attached?

Also , there is a light on my dash that makes no sense, anyone know what it is? Its the one right above the Turn signal light. It was flashing today and freakin me out, but it flashes when i hit a bump, punch the steering wheel or something like that, so im not too worried about i. what is it?

What it looks like is an aftermarket Zender kit for E21's complete. Now my E21 info is not the greatest but this was a some what popular kit to be differant in the 80's. It was even available for E30's. What you might want to go back to is the E21 single round or double round head light set up.

You could put that kit up on ebay.de and i might still fetch a good penny. Does the car have any engine mods?

My bad it's getting late. You need to look on Ebay.de or call some of the older sellers of Kamei and Zender Kits.

I had a '83 320is for 10 years. You're headlights are stock.
I would leave them as is and spend your money on handling and drive train mods/upgrades.
