Yes, but with all the money you will have to spend on 5 lug wheel bearings and a complete brake overhaul( 5lug rotors, calipers, caliper brackets, pads and brake lines) you can buy the 4 lug wheels and tires. Unless you plan on seriously racing the car and need to upgrade to a 5 lug set-up for much larger brakes this conversion is not cost effictive if you just want more wheel opitions.
Yes, that's the primary source for virtually everything you'd need. However it's very difficult to find someone who will sell their M3 suspension and buying replacement OEM parts new is extremely expensive.

unless youre pushing monster torque there is no reason to do it really anyways, unless there is just a 5 lug wheel that you HAVE to have. (to be extra redundant)
