320i lightened flywheel for sale........you guys get first shot.

alright so after i took off the e21 trans i exposed my lovely (and almost forgotten) lightened flywheel. she is a stock unit that has been lightened and balanced. she has some surface rust from sitting (steel wool will remove easily) and not being used. other than that she is in great shape.......some guy was selling his for $200 on another site and i thought that was a joke. i will take $100 for mine not including shipping.

HI DJ! Sort of on topic... Not personally interested in your flywheel right now, but on the topic of flywheel removal, what method did you use to take it off? Impact wrench? What size? What method did you use to prevent the engine from cycling while you were going at the flywheel nut? Just based on experience with my VW's and Mazda's, these were minor but consistent issues. Are these flywheels doweled into the crank? If so, how many dowels. 4, 6, 8?

Thanks as always man, mad respect on your project!

they are held on by like 6 bolts (if memory serves) and you can hold the flywheel with a rag and then take a socket driver and remove them...or just zip them off with an impact while holding the flywheel.
