318is Turbo?

I've seen a website that makes turbo kits for this car but im not sure if its actually street legal, the turbo kit is from london or sweden or something like that, can you guys help me out? If not then is there a way to make a kit? My friend has a turbo kit for his acura integra and it has a 1.8L motor so i was thinking maybe i could find a way to put it on. Oh by the way im getting the whole kit minus the intercooler for 450$, I have no problem getting 3in piping or getting my ecu reprogrammed because my uncle can do it for me at his shop.

ya even though the piping and stuf is different from a asian car. never seen a turbo m42/m44. all i see is supercharged 318's

that acura idea might work. I know someone who put a Mitsubishi Eclipse engine on his 2.8 Camaro, so there are ways to afroengineer it on there...

I don't know in an Integra unit would fit. But adding any turbo means beefing up the main bearings

it wouldnt fit directly, but in the camaro, they put it in the space between the front of the engine and the radiator. you might be able to find some nook n cranny you could stick it in, im not exactly sure how it was put on but it was very custom. but he had hookups so it wasnt expensive lol
