318is m20b25 swap wiring issues!! Need help!

I recently bought a 91 318is and PO swapped in a m20b25 with a 525 ecu. Car idles like it has a cam and the windows, half the gauge cluster, tach, and blower motor do not work unless you jump them to another hot fuse in the fuse box.

The wiring is completely hacked. He cut the c101 connector after the fusebox all the way off and spliced all of them back together. There are also a few wires cut at the ecu.

Anyway does anybody have a pinout diagram for the c101 connector and the ecu so I can figure out what this joker did to this car?

TBH Its a common fact that when you chop and change control modules/Ecu's, the car gets confused and needs reprogramming... Its a bit like changing your dash clocks, if the milage on the clocks are different to the ECU then you'll see an extra dot indicating that the milage is incorrect!!
