318is 1991 Swap ?

Hey guys, I just bought a BMW 318is 1991 and it my first BMW,. I want to start a little project with it and swap something nice in it. I was thinking about the 2jz fromd a supra to swap in it but I'm not a mechanic guys so i'm going for something more easy... I want something not so hard and something around 300 hp and 300 lbs or more... Do you have any idea of what should I do with my 318is ?
Which motor should I swap in ?
