318ic m42 engine help..

I am going to be replacing my m42 engine in my 318ic 1991. I need suggestions on where to buy a used/reman engine. with pressure tested and leak testing. the normal stuff.. i would like to find a decent engine, for a decent price. if you have any suggestions please link them or let me know. thank you.

thanks for responding, but i actually found a really good decent motor for a nice buck. same engine out of a front end collision. everything on it except for the compressor, starter, alt. for 900$ deliverd to my house. only 60k on it. got it started at the shop and was able to listen to it purr.. the only thing is.. im all hooked up to the hoist.. ready to pull tomorrow.. just cant figure out how to get the connecting rod disconnected from the shifter to the trans mounts

Shifter and linkages is/are the final item(s) fitted after tranny install, so bearing this in mind....
DISMANTLE it, fit her up totally and it should become logic...
