Ok, heres the deal. Anybody who can give me info that will lead to me getting my car to start I will send $20 through PayPal or Ill snail mail it to your front door. Heres whats up -> I bought an 84 325e (e30 of course), I purchased it from an auction got it towed to my house because I wanted to inspect it before I drove it. My older brother drove it off the flat bed and into my driveway. That was the last time it ran. He said that he may have pushed some buttons. No there is absolutely zero spark. The car cranks but no spark. I have already purchase a new distributor cap (+rotor{which does spin}) and ignition coil. Any suggestions? Thank You Everybody-Joe
Have you made sure you are getting fuel to the engine. Maybe the filter is clogged or the fuel pump is bad. It sounds like a fuel issue since it will crank. I would check to see if the fuel pump is at fault.

Check the wires leading to the Crank Position Sensor. If I understand how it works (I am still kinda new to Bimmers myself) the sensor reads the position of the crank and sends a signal to the DME (engine computer) telling it when to fire. If the sensor is bad or the wiring is bad (mine was wires) then it may cause the signal to not be sent, or to be sent at the wrong time.
This link is for the crank position sensor from Pelican Parts, they are a great resource for parts as well as information, and the prices are right!
Hope this helps!!!

One last idea from me...
Main Relay...
A quick search on some other BMW boards indicates some similar types of symptoms were resolved by replacing the main relay.
Keep us up to date on the progress!
Thanks!

Does your car have the OBC? I thought there was a security option for the cars. Kinda like the buttons you have to push on the stock radio when you have "CODE" displayed.
