1990 325i small problems

I just got a PPI on a 1990 325i with 80k miles on it and here's what the mechanic said it had wrong (i am interested as to how bad or important these problems are):

Power steering hose is leaking
Front brake pad sensor is broken
might need lower control arms
washer pump is bad
wiper switch bad on high speed
freon is low
needs an a/c belt
antenna gromet is bad
oil pan gasket is bad

any help about cost or danger to the reliability of the car would be appreciated

that's defintetly a couple hundred dollars worth of repairs but it's really tough to find an e30 with that low of miles so i wouldn't worry about it. go to www.bmpdesign.com or www.bavarianautosport.com for parts. oh, and try out www.importpartsauthority.com i used them recently and it seems like they're pretty well priced. good luck with the car

yah i just recently got my e30, 318is and it has 170k miles...runs great..but my gauge cluster doesnt work...pm me if u know of anything
