im having a little trouble with the fire order on my bmw.. im not to sure if that is even the problem.. but if someone could help me out on the order.. that'd be great.. and this other thing.. is idle is hella rough.. any common problem that it'll be? im think the maf or the idle control.. if idle control... wheres that at?? i'm not able to find it..
KISS man. Keep It Simple Stupid is the acroynm you want to start with. Check plugs wires and distributer cover(yes I know we don't have em on late cars) But check to see if it is worn out full of carbon or cracked. When was thhe last time you did a tune up?
And why are you so quick to blame the MAF? Broken fan blade will cause your engine to jump around too. Lots of simple stuff to check before ripping a maf apart.
