Hey Everyone! I just Joined the board, but i have had my 1987 Bmw 325 4 door for 5 years now. It has been the best car i have ever owned. There are two things that i need help with. Just recently, my rear right side window has quit working. The rest of the windows are ok. What could be wrong? The second thing is my A/C. It quit working last summer, but i have never had a chance to fix it. I can hear the compressor kick on, but no cold air blows out. Please help! Thanks

As for the AC.... I just did the R-12 to R-134a conversion. I bought the kit at Walmart for 33 dollars and did it myself in about 20 minutes. It blew nothing but hot air before and now it's ice cold.

My 87 325e has been at my mechanic's house for close to a month just because the rear-left window won't operate correctly. He says that there's something going on with the wiring harness, but I didn't get any particlars.

E30s are notorious for electrical mishaps, anyway.

Thanks for all your help. I would like some more information on the A/C kits from Wal-Mart. If you know anything else about these kits, please tell me. I have heard of it before, but never talked to anyone who has it.

Thanks
