1985 325e battery drain - BMW Forum

Ok this is it! My car is losing power over night (especially when its cold. minus 10 and below). I have changed the battery, alt and starter. I am totally lost in this one. Can someone please help me.

I was having the same problem with me 325e. But now all of a sudden it is working...i have no clue what i did or was doing. so idk lol

typically you can find me around 63rd and Wentworth, anyway, maybe try not locking the car overnight. I had a 635CSi that was draining the battery cause the door lock heaters were malfunctioning, not shutting off. The door would unlock OK but then the car wouldn't start. Then, in the spring I noticed that the door handle was warm past ambient temputure...Just a wild guess though....good luck
