Car turns over - runs great - turn it off - then go to start it again and nothing happens - it will not even turn over - maybe hear a ticking noise. Any ideas?

Sorry, new battery - new fuel lines - the fuel tank has been removed cleaned and a new in tank fuel pump and sender, new in line fuel pump, new fuel filter, fuel injectors cleaned. The car sat for 4 years. Checked fuses. Any other ideas and thanks for your help.
