Hi guys ive just registered and i absolutely adore bmws i dont drive one but the old man does 323i 1999 plate one of the main reasons ive joined is to clear up a few debates ive been having in pubs etc with none beemer owners.

What engine is in a 323i say 1997 plate?i know 323i 1999 is a 2.5 but i thought older beemer 323is were 2.3s am i wrong?
