Ok, so according to the dealer, I needed to buy new rims. Of course they'd be willing to charge me the $430 a peice. Did some looking and found this website. Click here

I ordered my stock replacement wheel at $210 shipped. This was last Friday (weekend of presidents day). I called them up on Wednesday to find the expected time of delivery as I needed them ASAP for a new set of tires that I had just ordered as well. The rep. said that it was on a five-day delivery and that the rim should be at my house by the end of the week.

Now it's Friday, 7 days after inital ordering. No rim. I called them up. Thier automated operator transfered me to thier customer service department where I continued to wait while listening to a cycling performance of Beethoven's 5th Symphony (you have NO idea how annoying that can be when your already pissed off).

I hung up after a long wait, called back and posed as if I was ordering rims. OH... NOW they answer. I told the person that I just wanted to know what happened to my order and that no one in customer service was answering, he said, "Oh well let me transfer you to customer service."

I waited... AGAIN. Fucking Beethoven, I hate his music now!!!! Finnaly someone answered. I explained to her my dilema. She said that my order was "on order" meaning that they really never had it in stock, that now it was a "special" order.

I asked her, what if I wanted to cancel the order. She ignored me and was continuing on saying that she'll contact thier shipper to send me an email explaining some information about it. She was just about to hang up, doing the usual customer relation goodbye nonesence when I just asked.. "so your going to hang up on me? What if I want to cancel my order?" In a frustrated voice she said that when thier shipper emails me, I can respond to them and just cancel it. <<click>> Ok...

Now... did some searching of thier site and found a cancel order section... did that, now I'm just hopping that it'll all just disappear.

If your thinking about getting rims and you order them from this site, I highly recommend that you CALL them and not order it though thier site. The site is not setup for virtual inventory. Calling them would be best, I think. then again, maybe thier just really unorganized there....
