| check the tensioners and that pulley to see if its worn. My friend told me this trick to inspect bad pulleys or tensioners and it works. let the car idling and use a long screwdriver (i mean long like 2 ft long), now put one end (grip area of the screwdriver) on your ear, and the other end put it close to the pulley
if you hear buzzing that means its bad.
try it with caution, make sure some else is there to guide you
