If you went for inspection ll which is performed by the BMW dealer why would the car come out of there with missing parts? Whether its sensors or brake cooling duct. Don't you agree that you should bring it back to them and ask them to replace whatever was/is missing? If and when they refuse try to redefine the meaning of negligence for the service manager.
