Hi,

If you have read my older posts, I wrote about I am getting DME error on my dashboard sometimes, especially at nights.

Today I go to the BMW service, and they diagnosed my car, and said there is a problem with your valvetronic motor, and we need to check it more detailed, so you need to leave your car.

Now I am carless Do any of you have a knowledge about valvetronic system? and how it could make such a problem?

My car is 2004 3.18 CI, 7500km done. and 2.5 months old. Also with this problem fuel consuption is about 20-21lt/100km.
