topcat is an unknown quantity at this point

Hi

I am new to this site, but I wonder if anybody could advice me in the right direction.
I have 3i8i salon (E46 shape).

I noticed my front passenger side carpet very wet, I was then trying to trace where the water was coming from by feeling the carpet near the side and front but the carpet was completely dry there. I am now a bit baffled as the carpet is only wet at the bottom and not the sides.

Just to put you in the correct picture, I park my car on my sloped drive could this be any help to find where the leak is coming from?

Not sure if the same would happen if parked on a straight/flat road.

Thanks in advance for any tips.
