newsong is an unknown quantity at this point
I have an '88 325ix that has begun to produce front-end noiset that is most noticeable between 20 and 40 mph and in that span produces vibration that can be felt in the steering column. the noise/vibration is increased slightly when turning the wheel to the right. At first I thought it was a tire-road surface thing, but that doesn't make much sense now and suspect axle (cv.)
If this is indeed the problem, what is required to renew the axel assy? I only see one cv joint listed for this car. Is it the same for all wheels?

thanks, Newsong
