Hello all-
I'm a first time 1993 325i owner and it's been an interesting week. I have a question about a starting problem. Friday my wife came home from driving around for a good part of the day. After about 20 minutes she went out to leave, and the car would start but die quickly, not taking gas, etc. We tried it a few times, a few different ways, and the same. About 2 hours later, I tried it and it started right up like nothing was wrong. I didn't have this problem again until today (Monday). Again it was hot from running for a while and it sat for about 20 minutes and then I went to start it-- it would start and die. 3 hours later, it still won't start- just turns over. Can anyone tell me how to get the codes on this car so I can find out what is causing this? Also, are there any common issues that cause a similar problem that I should know about? Thanks in advance.

George
