| I just bought an 86 325 es, and when I am making slow turns like parking, I'm getting this really nasty grinding noise/vibration from the rear end. I've never dealt with a car with a lsd, so I'm not sure if this is normal, or if the lsd is giving up the ghost. Of course the car has other gremlins as well, but those aren't my biggest concern right now. Thanks for your help!
p.s by the way, I've looked in the Haynes and the BMW Enthusiast's companion, and they don't really talk about the diff too much... otherwise I'd already be working on it.
