X5 Phone

I just purchased a 2001 X5. It has the phone kit installed in the upper console. Where do you get a phone that works with the X5 integration?

BMW dealer. Its the motorola v60 phone called the cpt9000 by BMW.

I have a brand new BMW v60 that I can sell to you. It is the phone that comes new in the X5. Let me know if you would like to buy it. The dealer sells it for $600 but I can sell it for less than that. Maybe like $400.

Can you email me a picture of your phone? I have Cingular service currently- Am I correct to assume you can activate the phone through Cingular or is it specific to a particular provider?
