water leaking into the passenger side footwell: has anyone had this same issue and how did you resolve it.

Do you have a sunroof? If so, the drains could be clogged.

Yes, the car has a sunroof, the dealership check the sunroof drains and they said they were not clogged.

they also did a water test over the windshield and sunroof and the car did not leak at the dealership

have you ever heard about anything issues with the cabin airfilter and leaking?

I guess that may be water getting through a leak in the intake vents on the hood.
