Trans dispalay wont hold "E D"

JohnU n00b Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: Discovery Bay Ca. Car: 91 750il grey and lil beat down. Posts: 32 Photos:	Trans dispalay wont hold "E D" The laundry list continues. This probably has a simple adjustment that can be done by me (I hope). When I shift into E D the D disapears. I can pull the shifter back about 1/4 of an inch and it will come on but then pop back out when I release the knob. It doesnt seem to have any effect on performance other than cruise control doesnt work without the D being displayed. Any suggestions?
