Too Much Crank Case Pressure!!!

I have a 1993 E32 740i with the M60 Engine. I had the oil changed and then the next day I started to sping Oil Leaks everywhere. Even around the Oil Cap.
Mechanic tells me I have too much Crank Case Pressure?
What the heck causes this?
PCV Vale?
How do I replace this?
I was told it is on the rear of the Intake? True? if so How do I get it out and repair it?
I have 113K on this car and it runs great, just leaks oil like crazy now since the oil change.
What can I do?

see my reply to the post about the white smoke coming from under the hood. It is extremely difficult to replace the vent valve. There are many things that you must and must not do while performing the repair. If you do decide to attempt it yourself, I'll give you some advice. If not, I have a shop in dallas if you want it done
