Should I? 2003 745li 193k miles

Happy New Year to all! Ive been looking at a 2003 745li to purchase for around $7k. The exterior and interior are both in immaculate condition. Ive read up on a few issues like an oil leak and gadget malfunctions.

I know maintainence isnt as modest as a honda, but certainly is a great ride and head turner.

Is it a good buy?

Welcome to Bimmwerwerkz.

Without actually seeing the car, and running the VIN its really hard to say if it is or not. We could all say yes, but then it could turn out to be a lemon. Pictures or a link to the car would help.

I quite like the 7 Series, but 2003 is the start of the new model range (E65). Usually the first year of a new model has a few issues. Just something to keep in mind. The 7 Series is less common then a 3 series so parts can be harder to find, but on a 2003 this shouldn't be an issue. However any electrical failure will probably be a kinda expensive.

yup the amount is good enough to avail this car but the thing to look up is the car parts and theirs condition... how long they last is a matter of concern as if they go out of order then it would really cost you very much than expected
