This started happening after i took my car to get a dent in the side door repaired and my front bumper fixed. They had taken off the bumper to do some fiberglass work and re-paint it. Would the car sense the bumper being taken off as a collision and possibly lock the seatbelts? I heard all the seatbelts are electronically controlled or something.
