syckproducts n00b Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: San Diego Car: 1992/BMW/735iL Posts: 2 Photos:	Replace Radiator 1992 735iL How difficult is it to replace the radiator, are there any special tools needed or ant special instructions, it looks straight forward but want to check first before doing it, I have the service Manual which I am trying to locate.

Bear 3rd Gear Member Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Poquoson, VA Car: Posts: 591 Photos:	Radiator You may need to remove the fan clutch (32MM nut or a 1 1/8" SAE open end wrench ground out a bit, like I did) and something to hold the clutch from turning as you remove the nut (left hand thread).
