Rear suspension Thumps and Squeaks

Me AGAIN thanks for all the help. When I drive over a bumpy road or just hit a dip. I can hear a thump in the rear of the car as well as a squeak over the back passenger headrest. The squeak is horrible sounds like someone chewing on balloons over every little dip in the road. I sprayed some grease on the bushing from underneath and that seemed to help but it comes right back. Any help would be great.

You need to identify which suspension bush is squeaking and replace it, when they start squeaking thats when they are on their way out....
