Is it me or is this one thing under the hood that anyone with a screwdriver can replace? I have been having problems with mine and the mechanic I go to swaped one out of a car at the lot and the problem was solved. It needs to be replaced and the thought of paying labor for this is silly to me.
If you look inside you will see two wires, sometimes if you clean these its fine again, as they heat up to around 200 degress C and contaminates in the induced air get fried on the wires, so be careful if you do ever clean it, it is fragile and do it when its cold.
