I think my 85 635csi just bought it. Tranny seems to be pretty much done.

oh man I loved that car. Now we just lost all forward gears, 1-3 and drive.

I dont know what to do at this point, I think the car, at 113,000 miles, is done.

The interweb has told me something about an a-clutch..pretty much means a new tranny, and the car isnt worth it, according to my parents .

you can get a used one for 750-1300. Call John's LQK Automotive in Oregon the number is 18003861399. They're cheap, very honest and ship for cheap and offer warranties on all parts! Or call 002 Salvage Yard 15107822002. More expensive but they have a lot of bimmer shit. Don't let the car die man!

anyway, i found one for $250. what can i expect to pay to install this bitch?
