With Dinan, most people will tell you that you get what you pay for. In all honesty my first thought when I hear the name is always "overpriced." However, they are very, very good about backing up their warranty.

Welcome to the Werkz.
You've paid a premium price for your car, don't try to cut corners with low priced low quality modifications, you'll waste your money and regret the decision later. That said, be selective about the mods you make and get the value for the money you spend.
You would definetly be making a good choice with Dinan. Have you also looked at Active Autowerke? They are close in your area and well recognized in the BMW field. Also forgot GIAC, they have great ECU Flash upgrades for the 135i
