We need new keys cut for my son's '87 6 series. We have one key (think it's a master?). The other one broke off in the lock. We are having that piece removed of course. I having difficulty finding someone in our area (Fort Worth, TX).
Any recommendations?
Hi I just recently had the exact same problem with a 633 project I bought. It had NO key at all. I took the bill of sale and the vin# to my local BMW dealership and they got the key code from BMW North America and I had a key in two days. The key worked great in all locks. A little spray of graphite in the barrell and the tumblers slide like new. The key cost me 55.00 but for the headaches saved it was worth every penny....
