Can someone recommend a good company for me to get an extended warranty on my 2006 BMW 750LI. I bought the car in 2008 and the current warranty expires in January 2010.
I also have a 2006 750 Li and have the extended warranty from the BMW dealer. The warranty is both service and repair. It cost 6K and has 150,000 on repairs and 100,000 on service. Repair is the Easy Care - Gold 36 Months with $250 deductable. Service warranty is BMW Maintance program for 72 Months or 100,00 Miles. 72 Months is from date car was placed in service and covers everything the original warranty covered.
From what I gave gathered about extended warranties, I would stay w/ a dealership warranty. The rash of "extended warranty" companies flooding the market are a Consumer Alert, big time.
