Well the has come to create a post about my MINI Cooper S. It is a 2007 painted Chili Red with white mirrors, roof, and stripes. It has been my pride and joy, as well as my first car. Standard S as far as performance (Turbo'ed inline four, but I have tweaked the exterior somewhat.
Heres a mod list:
- 17" Drag Dr-19s (Black with Polished Lip)
- JCW grille trim
- Smoked Side Markers
- Painted Brake Calipers
- Front and Rear Pinstripes
- Black Beltline Trim
- Clear Turn Lenses
- Stealth Bulbs
- Functional Hood Scoop
- Chrome Line Interior Retrofit
- Chrome E-Brake Handle
Future Mods:
- Euro Tailights
- H&R Sport Springs
- JCW Aero Kit
The pics below are the most recent ones, the only changes since these have been the removoal of all the decals, and the addition of tow hook arrows!
Thanks for the complement, and yes those are the rear fogs! I probably shouldnt, but I always drive with them on, because I think they look pretty sweet with them illuminating the bumper. :rule
nice car. A buddy of mine has an intake, and exhaust on his R56. He had a chip as well, but he ended up selling that. I wish I rode in it when he had the chip to see how much of an improvement it was. His is a 6 speed.
Thats tight man! Yeah because I am such a new driver, my dad wont let me do ANYTHING performance oriented on mine. I have an Alta CAI, and a strut brace on my peroformance wish list, among other things. I only really want a CAI on my Mini so I can hear my factory BOV. It would sound pretty gnarley...
Thanks! And I would say definetly purchase a Mini. It is the most fun car you can get for 25k, and there is NO car I want more than this!! My own dad has said multiple times that this is as fun to drive as his Diablo! Also, Minis hold there value extremely well, so I would say do it!!
