loses power when hot

1988 635CSI

Not sure what is going on here. The car has about 150K on it. It is not overheating, but seems to lose power when it is running for more than 10min
Checked cats with a back pressure gauge read 0 psi through the rpm band.

Just thinking...maybe the brakes are dragging slightly?

If the brakes were dragging it would cause issues when the car is cold as well, not just hot. By "hot " you mean warmed up to temp right?

Yes temp gauge reads normal, but you must drive it about 20 or so miles before it starts losing power. Has new plugs, wires etc. Cleaned the maf and replaced the intake bellows as it was torn slightly. The o2 sensor wires had worn insulation and were touching so i replaced that as well. Car runs normal then all the sudden just starts falling apart. After replacing the intake bellows there is a slight whistle from somewhere at idle can't seem to find it.Tried propane around all connections to no avail?? Been working a lot sorry for slow response
