light module on 1998 740il

any one knows where the light module is located.

Cool light module

well no one answered this one for me so. i figured i would share this with my forum family.the module is located behind the passenger side kick panel inside the car on the 98 740il only 2 bolts holds this secure to the body.this module controls all the lights on this vehicle.,and yes it is a expensive part.

It should be adjacent to the ECU under ther hood. Under a plastic cover behind the shocker housing ;-)
(Opposite the brake servo)
