Unhappy japan version FM radio frequency change

I have japaness version of E 66 745.
as you know, japaness FM range is different to united state.
so, I can not listen FM radio in US.

how can I do to listen FM radio in us ?
should I change FM module ?
or reset FM to regional frequency ? and how?

I think you will find you have to change the radio module in the boot or you could remove it and see if your local car audio store can adjust it..
