Interior Light And Memory Seats Not Working

I have a 98 740IL the interior lights and the memory seats dont work, does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix these problems, or troubleshooting tips? The interior light come on at about 10% intensity for just a second. When I bought the car the fuse was blown I replaced it and the lights worked for a day then went dead. Fuse is not blown and I cannot figure it out. As for the seats they never worked and the fuse is not blown. Light on memory buttons do not light up.

I have a 93 740 and I think you have multiple fuses for this.
Did you check under the rear seat for your fuses? and under the hood?
Check both places and then go from there. If this does not fix your problem then you will have a direct short and need to take it to a trained electrician for the fix..
